Easily the most disgusting Burger King I’ve ever been to... and I’m pretty sure I got food poisoning here. Stay away from this place
Avoid this place at all costs. The food was fine (by BK standards), but the atmosphere and ordering experience was not worth it at all.
This place is horrible. The parking lot alone gives you a bad feeling... but I was traveling through to Omaha and needed food badly.
I don't eat fast food often (it's been years), but this Burger King is the most disgusting BK I've ever been to. It wasn't dirty as in garbage/food crumbs everywhere, it was dirty in the sense that it's very rundown. I don't think the furniture has changed since the place opened, the drink machines looked like from the late 80s, there were stained ceiling tiles...
Yes we are picky eaters. That being said every single thing we ordered was wrong. French fries instead of onion rings. Onion when we ordered no onion. They were out of tomatoes and bacon. The employees were extremely snotty. Then I had to go back because they over charged. Just almost worth getting McDonald's instead.
Trash tier Burger King. The meat patty of my Whooper appeared to have the bubonic plague, and my fries tasted like they were made last week. The cashier was nice, but it was painfully obvious my food was made hours before I ate it. The diet Coke was also weirdly bitter, and little carbonation.
In addition to the horrible food, the interior of the restaurant looks like it was transplanted from 1994. Unlike other Burger King locations, this store never got renovated.
I normally love Burger King, but this location needs help.
The place was very understaffed, I had to wait over 10 minutes just to order food. The cashier took multiple attempts to understand our order properly.. he just had no clue what he was doing. They were out of chicken fries, so I ordered chicken nuggets .. wanted BBQ sauce, but nope, they were out of that too..
Don’t waste your time or your money this place should probably be shut down. I haven’t been here in awhile... and now I remember why. Dirty environment, slow service & the food sucks. The McDonalds across the street is under construction so I thought I would let my son burn off some energy by running around in the play place. We stood at the counter for a couple of minutes (with no in front of us) waiting for a staff member to take our order. When I gave the lady my card to pay for our food the first thing I noticed was how dirty her fingernails were. Whatever happened to all staff must have good hygiene let alone properly washed hands?! The staff was extremely slow, messed up my sons “plain” cheeseburger twice & didn’t even apologize for the crappy service. We went to go back to the play place area only to see a sign posted that the play place was closed due to maintenance. Ugh... Wishing they would of had a sign on the front door so we didn’t waste our time coming in.
The dining experience wasn't great. Flies everywhere, noisy, and just... the place feels really run down. I felt dirty after eating there.
