I drove an hour with my son to look at a vehicle he could afford. After 10-15 minutes, we were met by a woman with a dog in the back of her vehicle who simply asked us "Can I help you." She seemed irritated we were there and said she was just closing up at 2:46 p.m. The website said they are open until 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. No offer of help was provided and she never exited her car or introduced herself. A very bad impression for a salesperson. I offered her $1500.00, which is just under the KBB price of $1628.00, which is a stretch considering the state of the vehicle. The response she gave me was $2000.00 firm , cash price. She would not haggle and did not want my dialogue of what was mechanically wrong with the car, let alone the disgustingly unclean and stained interior. It's almost as if she doesn't care about selling anything and my son and I were nothing more than a distraction. I am very disappointed in this business' customer service practices and the salespersons demeanor and attitude. I would not recommend anyone traveling to "Stuart Cars IA" for any purchases.

If we had been met with a better salesperson willing to stay around during their normal business hours and allowed to drive the car, we probably would have bought the vehicle.
Test drove a car there and wasn't interested due to the many issues it had. The lady there seemed irritated when I was relaying the problems I had found. Update: In reply to the owners response below, sorry, you must be thinking of someone else. The car I drove was $1,000 and it had head gasket issues. Replacing the head gaskets would cost over $1.000 itself. There was no mention of any issues in the listing of that particular car on your website.
Complete scammers. Said truck ran and drove good. Delivered it with NO POWER STEERING. None. Took months to get title. Horrible experience. Had to contact Iowa consumer protection.
